Cynthia Kaiser is a senior cyber and national security executive with over two decades of experience defending against complex and evolving threats. She previously served as Deputy Assistant Director with FBI Cyber, as a Cyber Safety Review Board member, and as a President’s Daily Briefing (PDB) intelligence briefer in two administrations. Now leading the Halcyon Ransomware Research Center, Cynthia drives threat research and collaboration to detect, disrupt, and defeat ransomware.
